Thank you for using my website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with my privacy policy govern MARISEL’S relationship with you in relation to this website.

ORDERING

We make every effort to ensure that all products are in stock, but in the event of my not having your chosen product we will call or mail you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.

Credit card orders are processed by PayPal payments. MARISEL does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online

UK DELIVERY

Delivery will be with Royal Mail – See Shipping & Returns

Please note that these costs only apply to mainland UK; there may be a surcharge for Highlands and Islands.

I aim to process orders the same day, although at busy times I may take up to one working week.

Please note however that any weekend online ordering wont be dealt with until the following Monday.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

I welcome any international orders. Delivery charges will be added before payment is taken. International shipping is calculated volumetrically, so is determined by the size and weight of the package.

Please note that overseas customers may be eligible to pay local customs duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of International Orders.

Please include a telephone number on international orders, as local couriers will need to contact you.

I do not add any extra charge for packaging, as I recycle all the packaging I receive.

RETURNS

I accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your item.

Items can be returned for a full refund if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been sent.

If the goods have been sent as ordered they can be returned for a refund, but only for the cost of the goods. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Carriage charges will be chargeable for return postage and for the replacement product, please consider this when you decide to return an item. Please ensure that if you are returning an item that you get proof of postage as I reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is lost whilst being returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

EXCHANGES

In the event you would like to exchange an item, please email angiekirk@me.com for return details.

Please ensure that if you are returning an item that you get proof of postage as I reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is lost whilst being returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If it is approved I will ask that you pay for the postage for the replacement product, once this is received I will send the new item out.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

I offer a repairs service to extend the life of your MARISEL product.
